Each session mirrors the official HYROX race format—combining functional strength training with endurance-based cardio. Expect a powerful mix of sled pushes, rowing, ski erg, lunges, wall balls, and more, paired with strategic running intervals.

Led by our expert coaches, this class is scalable for all levels and focused on improving your time, technique, and race-day confidence.
